We collect information in a few ways:

• Information you give us directly — when you submit our contact form, request a quote, or message us on WhatsApp/phone/email, we may collect your name, company name, email address, phone number, service of interest, and any project details you share with us.
• Information collected automatically — like most websites, our server and any analytics tools we use may automatically log technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and approximate location (city/country level, derived from IP address).
• Cookies and similar technologies — see Section 3 below.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to enquiries, quote requests, and support messages;
• Schedule site visits, prepare proposals, and deliver contracted services;
• Maintain business records required for invoicing, warranties, and compliance;
• Improve our website and understand how visitors use it (via analytics, if enabled);
• Communicate updates about your project, service, or an ongoing enquiry;
• Meet legal, regulatory, tax, and accounting obligations in Nigeria.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use contact form submissions for unrelated marketing without your consent.

3. Cookies & Analytics

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We may use:

• Essential cookies — required for basic site functionality (e.g. remembering your cookie preference).
• Analytics cookies — if enabled, these help us understand aggregate visitor behaviour (pages viewed, time on site, referral source) so we can improve the website. Any analytics data is used in aggregate and is not used to individually identify you where technically avoidable.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Blocking cookies may affect some site functionality.

• Email and communication providers (to receive and respond to enquiries);
• WhatsApp Business (Meta) — messages you send us via WhatsApp are subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy;
• Website hosting and infrastructure providers;
• Analytics providers, if and when enabled (see Section 3).

These providers only receive the information needed to perform their function for us and are not permitted to use your data for their own marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain contact form submissions and enquiry records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry, deliver a contracted service, and meet legal/accounting record-keeping obligations (typically up to 6 years for business and tax records under Nigerian requirements), after which it is deleted or anonymised.

6. Your Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you;
• Ask us to correct inaccurate data;
• Ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten"), subject to legal retention obligations;
• Withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you share with us against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest revision.
