About CHESSCOME
An engineering company built on technical expertise, operational integrity, and genuine care for client outcomes since 2003.
From One Office to Five
Divisions
CHESSCOME began in 2003 with a single HVAC installation contract in Lagos Island. Founded by Engr. Chukwuemeka Osei, the company was built on a straightforward premise: Nigeria's commercial and industrial sector needed engineering partners who showed up, did the job properly, and stood behind their work.
That reputation spread. Within four years, we were handling refrigeration projects for food retailers across Lagos. By 2010, our growing engineering team had accumulated enough construction site experience to formally launch a supervision division. Real estate consultancy followed in 2014, and transportation services in 2017.
Today, CHESSCOME is an ISO 9001:2015 certified engineering and operations company with over 80 staff, five service divisions, and a project portfolio spanning commercial, industrial, and institutional clients across Nigeria.
Mission, Vision & Values
