- CHESSCOME is a multi-service engineering company based in Lagos, Nigeria. We provide HVAC systems, commercial refrigeration, construction site supervision, real estate consultancy, and transportation/logistics services for commercial, industrial, and residential clients.
- Which areas of Nigeria do you serve?
- We are headquartered in Lagos and serve clients across Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Kano, Ibadan, and Enugu. For project-based work we can mobilise nationwide.
- Are your engineers licensed?
- Yes. Our lead engineers are registered with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), and we operate in compliance with Nigerian engineering standards.
- Do you work with residential clients or only businesses?
- Both. Most of our work is commercial and industrial, but we also serve residential clients for HVAC installation, property inspections, and real estate consultancy.

- How do I get a quote?
- Use the contact form on our Contact page, message us on WhatsApp, or call us directly. For HVAC and refrigeration work we typically schedule a brief site visit before issuing a detailed quote.
- How long does it take to get a quote?
- Most quotes are delivered within 48 hours of an enquiry or site visit, whichever applies to your service.
- Is there a call-out or consultation fee?
- This depends on the service and location. We'll always confirm any fees with you before a site visit is scheduled.
- Do you offer emergency or after-hours support?
- Yes. We operate a 24/7 emergency line for urgent HVAC failures, refrigeration breakdowns, and critical site incidents.
HVAC & Refrigeration
- How often should commercial HVAC systems be serviced?
- At minimum, quarterly. High-load environments such as data centres or hospitals may need monthly checks. Our maintenance contracts are tailored to your usage pattern.
- What HVAC brands do you work with?
- We are certified installers for Daikin, Midea, Gree, LG, and Samsung, and we service all major brands regardless of who originally installed the system.
- Can you maintain a cold room or refrigeration system installed by someone else?
- Yes. Our technicians are trained to diagnose, repair, and maintain any brand or configuration, not just systems we installed.
- What warranty do you provide on new installations?
- New installations carry a 12-month workmanship warranty, with optional extended coverage through a maintenance contract.
Construction, Real Estate & Transportation
- At what stage should I bring in a construction supervisor?
- Ideally before groundbreaking, so we can review plans and set quality benchmarks from day one — but we can also join mid-project.
- Why use an engineering firm for real estate consultancy instead of an estate agent?
- Our engineering background lets us assess a property's physical condition far more thoroughly — spotting structural issues, MEP concerns, and maintenance liabilities a typical estate agent would miss.
- Do you provide vehicles for a single trip, or only long-term contracts?
- Both. Transportation is available from single trips to monthly retainer arrangements, and project-based contracts for the duration of a construction job.
Contracts & Billing
- Do you offer ongoing maintenance contracts?
- Yes — quarterly, bi-annual, and annual maintenance contracts are available for HVAC, refrigeration, and facility management. Contracted clients get priority scheduling and discounted rates.
